Definitions for purposes of Chapter IV of Part III. |
38.—In this Chapter— | |
the expression “transport works” means any works being— | ||
(a) a railway, or | ||
(b) a tramway, or | ||
(c) an aerial ropeway, or | ||
(d) a pipe line, or | ||
(e) a belt conveyor; | ||
the expression “transport works order” means an order made under section 43 of this Act. |
