31.—A rate made by the Commissioners of a town under the Towns Improvement (Ireland) Act, 1854 , for the local financial year beginning on the 1st day of April, 1946, shall not be invalidated by reason of a failure to comply with section 172 of the Towns Improvement Clauses Act, 1847, which is repealed by this Act. |
