Repeal of certain enactments. |
13.—(1) The following enactments are hereby repealed:— | |
(a) section 14 of the Act of 1923, | ||
(b) subsection (2) of section 11 of the National Health Insurance Act, 1933 (No. 13 of 1933). | ||
(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 30th day of September, 1946. |
