10.—(1) The Minister for Industry and Commerce may, with the consent of the Minister, pay subsidies to the Company on such terms and subject to such conditions as he thinks fit.
(2) Any moneys required by the Minister for Industry and Commerce for the payment of subsidies under this section shall be paid out of moneys provided by the Oireachtas.
