CORK DISTRICT MILK BOARD (ELECTRON DAY, 1947) ORDER, 1947.

I, SÉAMAS O RIAIN, Minister for Agriculture, in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 11 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) Act, 1936 (No. 43 of 1936), and in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the said subsection and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows :—

1.—This Order may be cited as the Cork District Milk Board (Election Day, 1947) Order, 1947.

2.—The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this order.

3.—The 27th day of March, 1947, is hereby appointed to be an election day in respect of the Cork District Milk Board.
