DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927 (VARIATION No. 102) ORDER, 1947.

I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of section 11 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 102) Order, 1947.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1947.

2.—(1) The days and hours for holding the District Court in the district court areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby varied by the substitution of the days and hours mentioned in that behalf in the Schedule for those appointed heretofore.

(2) Accordingly, Parts I and II of the Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 ( S. R. & O. No. 103 of 1927 ), shall have effect as if they were amended in conformity with Parts I and II, respectively, of the Schedule hereto.
