INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS ACT, 1946 (CONTINUANCE OF PART VII) REGULATIONS, 1947.

I, SEAN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 74 of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (No. 26 of 1946), and after consultation with organisations representative of trade unions of workers and trade unions representative of employers, hereby make the following regulations :—

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (Continuance of Part VII) Regulations, 1947.

2. Part VII of the Industrial Relations Act, 1946 (No. 26 of 1946), shall continue in force for a period of one year from the 23rd day of September, 1947.
