EXCHANGE CONTROL ORDER, 1947 (SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS) (NO. 1) ORDER, 1947 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948.

I, PATRICK McGILLIGAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Exchange Control Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 394 of 1947 ), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1948.

2. The Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 395 of 1947 ), is hereby amended by the deletion of the reference to Palestine and Transjordan in the Third Schedule, and the Exchange Control Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 394 of 1947 ), shall have effect accordingly.
