MENTAL NURSES (QUALIFICATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1948.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 21 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , hereby orders and declares as follows :—

1. The qualifications set forth in the Schedule to the Mental Nurses (Qualification) Order, 1944 (S.R. & O., 1944, No. 290) shall be amended by the substitution for sub-paragraph (b) of paragraph 3 of the Schedule to the said Order of the following :—

" (b) Any person holding the office of Mental Nurse (Female) shall be not less than 5 feet 2 inches in height."

2. This Order may be cited as the Mental Nurses (Qualification) (Amendment) Order, 1948.
