PROHIBITION FROM SCHOOL ATTENDANCE (NOTICES) REGULATIONS, 1948.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947) hereby makes the following regulations :—

1. The notice referred to in Section 48 of the Health Act, 1947 , shall be served either by delivering it to the parent of the child, or by sending it by post in a prepaid registered envelope addressed to such person at his usual place of abode.

2. These regulations may be cited as the Prohibition from School Attendance (Notices) Regulations, 1948.
