Repeal of certain provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927. |
1.—The following provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Property (Protection) Act, 1927 (No. 16 of 1927), are hereby repealed— | |
(a) in subsection (1) of section 9 , from the words “so however” to the end of the subsection, and | ||
(b) the Second Schedule. |
