Pensions (Increase) Act, 1950
General restriction. |
17.—Nothing in this Act shall be construed as authorising an increase in— | |
(a) any compensation payable under Article 10 of the Treaty of 1921, | ||
(b) any allowance or payment not being a scheduled pension or a pension to which section 16 of this Act applies, or | ||
(c) any gratuity. |
