Minerals Company (Amendment) Act, 1950

Amendment of section 3 of the Act of 1947.

2.—In subsection (1) of section 3 of the Act of 1947, the words “eighty-eight thousand pounds” shall be substituted for the words “fifty thousand pounds”.
