Validity of Superannuation schemes under Superannuation Act of 1942. |
11.—For avoidance of doubt, it is hereby enacted that each of the following schemes:— | |
(a) the scheme set out in the Schedule to the Electricity Supply Board (Confirmation of General Employees Superannuation Scheme) Order, 1943 ( S.R. & O., 182 of 1943 ), and | ||
(b) the scheme set out in the Schedule to the Electricity Supply Board (Confirmation of Manual Workers Superannuation Scheme) Order, 1943 ( S.R. & O., No. 183 of 1943 ), | ||
has, and has always had, the force of law in the form in which such scheme is so set out. |
