36.—(1) The provisions to which this section applies shall have effect in relation to the Moville Area with the substitution of— | |
(a) references to the Commission for references to a board of conservators, | ||
(b) references to the Moville Area for references to any district, and | ||
(c) references to an officer of the Commission for references to the clerk of a board of conservators. | ||
(2) The Commission is hereby exempted from compliance with the provisions to which this section applies. | ||
(3) The provisions to which this section applies are— | ||
(a) Part III of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), as amended, and | ||
(b) Sections 42 and 44 of the Fisheries Act, 1939 (No. 17 of 1939). |
