EMERGENCY POWERS (NO. 18) ORDER, 1939 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1952.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 18) Order, 1939 (Revocation) Order, 1952.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 18) Order, 1939 (S. R. and O., No. 403 of 1939), is hereby revoked.
