CATTLE AND SHEEP (EXPORT PROHIBITION) ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1952.

The Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 29 of the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934 (No. 42 of 1934), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cattle and Sheep (Export Prohibition) Orders (Revocation) Order, 1952.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3.—(1) The Cattle and Sheep (Export Prohibition) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 118 of 1952 ), and the Cattle and Sheep (Export Prohibition) (Amendment) Order, 1952, ( S.I. No. 120 of 1952 ), are hereby revoked.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 4th day of June, 1952.
