SEA FISHERIES ACT, 1952 (COMMENCEMENT) (No. 2) ORDER, 1952.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 (No. 7 of 1952), hereby order as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order, 1952.

2. The 23rd day of June, 1952, is hereby fixed as the day on which the following provisions of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1952 (No. 7 of 1952) shall come into operation, that is to say:—
