EMERGENCY POWERS (NO. 320) ORDER, 1944 (JUTE YARNS AND JUTE GOODS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Jute Yarns and Jute Goods) (Amendment) Order, 1952.

2. The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O., No. 156 of 1944), shall, insofar as it suspends a duty of customs on articles mentioned at reference number 6, 7 or 9 in the First Schedule, or reference number 10 in the Second Schedule, to that Order, cease to have effect in respect of articles imported on or after the 24th day of June, 1952.
