LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT OF DUBLIN) ORDER, 1952.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (No. 3 of 1948), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (County Health District of Dublin) Order, 1952.

2. Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in the County Health District of Dublin on the seventh day after the date of this Order.
