CUSTOMS DUTIES (MISCELLANEOUS SUSPENSIONS) ORDER, 1952 (GALVANISED BINS AND TROUGHS AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1952 (Galvanised Bins and Troughs Amendment) Order, 1952.

2. (1) Article 4 (which suspends the duty of customs on certain articles of galvanised wrought iron or galvanised steel) of the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 72 of 1952 ), is hereby amended by the deletion of the references to paragraphs (c), (d) and (g) (which refer to certain refuse bins and feeding, watering and washing troughs) of Article 3 of the Emergency Imposition of Duties (No. 199) Order, 1939 (S. R. & O., No. 214 of 1939).

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 2nd day of September, 1952.
