SHOPS (HOURS OF TRADING ON WEEKDAYS) ORDER, 1947 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1952.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938), and after due compliance with subsection (1) of section 4 of that Act, hereby order as follows :—

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) Order, 1947 (Revocation) Order, 1952.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 27th day of December, 1952.

2. The Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O., No. 362 of 1947), is hereby revoked.
