COMMITTEES OF AGRICULTURE (SALARIES OF OFFICERS) REGULATIONS, 1952 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1953. | ||
I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 27 of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations:— 1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Committees of Agriculture (Salaries of Officers) Regulations, 1952 (Amendment) Regulations, 1953. | ||
(2) The Principal Regulations and these Regulations may be cited together as the Committees of Agriculture (Salaries of Officers) Regulations, 1952 and 1953. 2. In these Regulations the expression " the Principal Regulations " means the Committees of Agriculture (Salaries of Officers) Regulations, 1952 ( S.I. No. 317 of 1952 ). 3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these Regulations. 4. A salary payable under the Principal Regulations shall be increased by one-twelfth (eight and one-third per cent.) thereof, subject to a minimum increase of thirty pounds and a maximum increase of seventy-five pounds. | ||
