FOOD HYGIENE (OFFICIAL CERTIFICATE NO. 3) ORDER 1953.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by the Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950, after consultation with the Minister for Agriculture, hereby orders as follows:—

1. This Order may be cited as the Food Hygiene (Official Certificate No. 3) Order, 1953.

2. The Official Certificate of which particulars are given in the Schedule hereto is hereby recognised as indicating that the meat or meat product to which it relates was prepared in accordance with criteria satisfactory to the said Minister for Health.

SCHEDULE.

A label having on it a design in the form set out below, except thar the circular device in the centre of the label and the serial number are printed in orange colour, and in place of the serial number H 9052384 other serial numbers may be substituted.
