CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) REGULATIONS, 1954.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Custom-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, testified by his official seal affixed hereto, hereby make the following regulations :—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1954.

2. The Exchange Control Order, 1947 (Supplemental Provisions) (No. 1) Order, 1947 (Amendment) Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 368 of 1953 ), shall extend to the Customs-free Airport.
