ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1947 (APPOINTMENT OF RETURNING OFFICER) ORDER, 1954.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 1947 (No. 31 of 1947) hereby appoints and orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 1947 (Appointment of Returning Officer) Order, 1954.

2. The returning officer for the Dún Laoghaire and Rathdown constituency shall be the Sheriff for the County of Dublin.
