BREAD (PRICES) ORDER, 1952 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1954.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the
Bread (Regulation of Prices) Act, 1936
(No. 29 of 1936) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Bread (Prices) Order, 1952 (Amendment) Order, 1954.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1954.
2. The
Interpretation Act, 1937
(No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.
3. This Order applies to the whole of the State.
4. The Bread (Prices) Order, 1952 (
S.I. No. 183 of 1952
) is hereby amended by the deletion of the Schedule thereto and by the substitution therefor of the Schedule hereto.
5. The Bread (Prices) Order, 1952 (Amendment) Order, 1952 (
S.I. No. 268 of 1952
) is hereby revoked.
