MILITARY SERVICE PENSIONS ACT, 1934, REGULATIONS, 1954.

I, OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 21 of the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934 (No. 43 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations :

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934 , Regulations, 1954.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to these Regulations.

3. The Minister for Defence may accept an application under section 7 of the Military Service Pensions Act, 1934 (No. 43 of 1934), not later than the 18th day of March, 1955.

4. The Military Service Pensions Act, 1934 , Regulations, 1953 ( S.I. No. 116 of 1953 ), are hereby revoked.
