LAND REGISTRATION FEE ORDER, 1954.

The Minister for Justice, with the consent of the Minister for Finance, in exercise of his power in Section 8(1) of the Registration of Title Act, 1891, as amended by Section 66 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1936 , and of every other power enabling him in this behalf, hereby makes the Order hereinafter set forth as supplemental to the Land Registration Fee Order, 1944, that is to say :—

1. The scale of fees set forth in Part IV of the Schedule annexed to the said Fee Order is hereby rescinded and in lieu thereof the fees set forth in Part I of the Schedule annexed hereto are hereby prescribed as the fees to be taken in the Land Registry in respect of the matters set out in the said Part I.

2. The scale of fees for certified copies of plans of lands registered in the Land Registry set forth in Part VI of the Schedule annexed to the said Fee Order is hereby rescinded, and in lieu thereof the fees set forth in Part II of the Schedule annexed hereto are hereby prescribed as the fees to be taken in the Land Registry in respect of certified copies of such plans.

3. Item 21 of Part III of the Schedule annexed to the said Fee Order is hereby rescinded, and in lieu thereof the fees set forth in Part III of the Schedule annexed hereto are hereby prescribed as the fees to be taken in the Land Registry in respect of the recertification and reissuing of a certificate of title.

4. The fee set forth in Part IV of the Schedule annexed hereto is hereby prescribed as the fee to be taken in the Land Registry for recertification and reissuing of a Land Certificate so as to include additional land not included in such Certificate of Title when it was previously issued.

5. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1954, and may be cited as the Land Registration Fee Order, 1954.
