MERCHANT SHIPPING (SAFETY CONVENTION) (COUNTRIES OF APPLICATION) ORDER, 1954. | ||
I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) Act, 1952 (No. 29 of 1952), hereby order as follows : 1. This Order may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Safety Convention) (Countries of Application) Order, 1954. 2. It is hereby declared— | ||
(a) that the government of each of the countries mentioned in the First Schedule hereto has accepted the Safety Convention ; | ||
(b) hat the Safety Convention extends to each of the territories mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto. | ||
