CORK SANATORIA BOARD ORDER, 1953 (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1954.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 45 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953), and as respects the application of section 103 of the Health Act, 1947 (No. 28 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Cork Sanatoria Board Order, 1953 (Amendment) Order, 1954.

2. This Order shall come into operation on 1st day of August, 1954.

3. Article 4 of and the Schedule to the Cork Sanatoria Board Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 416 of 1953 ) are hereby revoked.

4. The provisions of the Health Acts, 1947 and 1953, and of the Regulations made thereunder which are specified in the Schedule to this Order shall, to the extent therein specified, apply to the Cork Sanatoria Board.
