GRASS SEED (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1954.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Grass Seed (Regulation of Export) Order, 1954.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 14th day of September, 1954.

3. The export of grass seed save under and in accordance with a licence in that behalf issued under the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), is hereby prohibited.
