NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Trade Union Act, 1947 (No. 17 of 1947) as amended by section 3 of the Trade Union Act, 1952 (No. 13 of 1952), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Union Act, 1952 (Section 3) Order, 1954.

2. This Order shall have effect for the period beginning on the 20th day of September, 1954, and ending on the appointed day.

3. Every sum of money mentioned in the Schedule to the Trade Union Act, 1941 , shall, as regards the trade union mentioned in the Schedule to this Order, be deemed to be reduced by seventy-five per cent.
