BETTING ACT (REVENUE FORMS) REGULATIONS, 1954.

I, GERARD SWEETMAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 35 of the Betting Act, 1931 (No. 27 of 1931), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations :—

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Betting Act (Revenue Forms) Regulations, 1954.

(2) The Betting Act (Revenue Forms) Regulations, 1931 ( S. R. & O. No. 80 of 1931 ), and these Regulations may be cited together as the Betting Act (Revenue Forms) Regulations, 1931 and 1954.

2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of December, 1954.

3. The Betting Act (Revenue Forms) Regulations, 1931 ( S. R. & O. No. 80 of 1931 ), are hereby amended by the substitution, for the form numbered " 4 " in the Schedule thereto, of the form in the Schedule to these Regulations.
