THE COUNTY BOROUGH OF LIMERICK (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1954.

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers vested in him by subsection (2) of Section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953), hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the County Borough of Limerick (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1954.

2. The County Borough of Limerick shall henceforth consist of the Dispensary Districts specified in Column I of the Schedule hereto and the said Dispensary Districts shall comprise the wards and townlands or portions of wards and townlands respectively specified opposite thereto in Column II of the said Schedule.

3. This Order shall come into operation on the First day of February, 1955.

	The portion of Castle Ward bounded by the River Shannon and Abbey River.
	The Townland of Park.
	The portion of the Townland of Reboge lying within the County Borough.
	The portions of the Townland of Singland lying to the north of the Dublin Road and within the County Borough.
	That portion of the Townland of Monamuck lying to the north of the Dublin Road.
Limerick Urban No. 2	That portion of the Townland of Monamuck lying to the south of the Dublin Road.
	The portion of Abbey Ward lying to the south of Clare Street.
	Irishtown Ward.
	Customhouse Ward.
	The portion of Shannon Ward enclosed by Roches Street, Shannon Street, Henry Street, Bedford Row, Thomas Street and Wickham Street.
	Market Ward.
	The portion of Glentworth Ward lying to the east of Roxborough Road.
	The portion of the Townland of Singland bounded by Dublin Road and the County Borough Boundary.
	The Townland of Killalee.
	The Townland of Spital-land.
	The portion of the Townland of Monaclinoe lying within the County Borough.

Limerick Urban No. 3	That portion of Glentworth Ward to the south-west of Mallow Street, Upper Mallow Street and west of Hyde Road.
	That portion of Dock Ward to the west of Hyde Road.
	The Townland of Ballinacurra (Weston) other than the portion thereof hereinafter specified as forming part of the Dispensary District of Limerick Urban No. 5.
	The Townland of Ballinacurra (Bowman).
	The Townland of Ballinacurra (Hart).
	The Townland of Corkanree.
	The Townland of Courtbrack.
Limerick Urban No. 4	The portion of Castle Ward enclosed by the River Shannon on the east and the existing boundary, as defined in the City of Limerick (Extension of Boundary) Provisional Order, 1950, on the west.
	The Townland of Monabraher.
	The Townland of Ballynanty More.
	The Townland of Ballynantybeg.
	The Townland of Moylish.
	The Townland of Farranshone More.
	The Townland of Coolraine.
	The Townland of Kilrush.
Limerick Urban No. 5	That portion of Shannon Ward lying to the South West of Shannon Street, Roches Street, Sexton Street and Roxborough Road.
	Glentworth Ward less that portion thereof lying to the South-west of Mallow Street, Upper Mallow Street and west of Hyde Road.
	That portion of Dock Ward lying to the east of Hyde Road.
	That portion of the Townland of Ballinacurra (Weston) enclosed by Hyde Avenue, the Greenfields Estate Service Road (produced in an imaginary straight line in an easterly direction to meet the south western extremity of Hyde Avenue), that part of the road known as the Rossbrien Road connecting the said Greenfields Estate Service Road with the boundary of the townland of Ballinacurra Weston and the part of the said boundary connecting the said Rossbrien Road with Hyde Avenue.
	That portion of the Townland of Rathbane North to the west of Roxborough Road.
