Increase—disability benefit under Social Welfare Act, 1952. |
3.—Where— | |
(a) a person is entitled to disability benefit under the Social Welfare Act, 1952 (No. 11 of 1952), in respect of the week commencing on the 19th day of December, 1955, or any part of that week, and | ||
(b) he was entitled to that benefit continuously during the fifty-one weeks immediately preceding that week, | ||
any amount payable to him in respect of that benefit for that week shall be increased by a sum equal to— | ||
(i) in case that amount does not include a part representing an increase for a qualified child or qualified children—that amount, and | ||
(ii) in any other case—that amount less the part thereof representing an increase for a qualified child or qualified children. |
