The Principal Act. |
1.—(1) In this Act “the Principal Act” means the Road Transport Act, 1933 (No. 8 of 1933), as amended by the Road Transport Act, 1934 (No. 17 of 1934), the Road Transport Act, 1935 (No. 23 of 1935), Part VII of the Transport Act, 1944 (No. 21 of 1944), and the Transport (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1955 (No. 21 of 1955). | |
(2) This Act shall be construed as one with the Principal Act. |
