FEEDING STUFFS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1956.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 24 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), hereby order as follows :

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956.

(2) The Principal Order and this Order may be cited together as the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Orders, 1953 and 1956.

(3) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1956.

2. In this Order " the Principal Order " means the Feeding Stuffs (Restriction of Export) Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 233 of 1953 ).

3. The Schedule to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the substitution for paragraphs 15, 16, 17 and 18 of the following paragraphs :

" 15. Grass meal.

16. Any mixture which is for feeding to pigs, poultry or cattle and which contains one or more of the following :

(a) wheat,

(b) barley, rye or maize, whether whole or subjected to any process of grinding, crushing or flaking,

(c) any of the articles specified in paragraph 1 to 15 of this Schedule."
