LOCAL GOVERNMENT (RATES ON SMALL DWELLINGS) ACT, 1928 (CORK COUNTY BOROUGH) ORDER, 1956.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Local Government (Rates on Small Dwellings) Act, 1928 as adapted by the Local Government and Public Health (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order, 1947, hereby orders as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Rates on Small Dwellings) Act, 1928 (Cork County Borough) Order, 1956.

2. The limit of valuation of small dwellings under the Local Government (Rates on Small Dwellings) Act, 1928 is hereby extended, as respects the County Borough of Cork, to twelve pounds.

3. The order of the Minister for Local Government and Public Health dated the 23rd day of January, 1929 relating to the said limit of valuation as respects the County Borough of Cork is hereby revoked.
