MANUSCRIPT BOOKS (REDUCTION OF CUSTOMS DUTY) ORDER, 1949 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1956.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4 of the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Manuscript Books (Reduction of Customs Duty) Order, 1949 (Revocation) Order, 1956.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 8th day of May, 1956.

2. The Manuscript Books (Reduction of Customs Duty) Order, 1949 ( S.I. No. 76 of 1949 ), is hereby revoked.
