FOWL PEST INFECTED AREA NO. I ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1956.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Orders (Revocation) Order, 1956.

2. The Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 147 of 1956 ) and the Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 188 of 1956 ) are hereby revoked.

The effect of this Order is to remove the restrictions applicable by reason of the operation of the Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Order, 1956 and the Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1956.
