HARBOUR RATES (TRALEE AND FENIT PIER AND HARBOUR) ORDER, 1956.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 104 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), and after due compliance with section 106 of the said Act, hereby order as follows :—

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Harbour Rates (Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour) Order, 1956.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the third day of August, 1956.

2. The maximum goods rates to be charged by the Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour Commissioners in respect of Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour shall be the rates set out in the First Schedule to the Harbour Rates (Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour) Order, 1954 ( S.I. No. 266 of 1954 ), increased by 33 1/3 per cent.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This instrument fixes the new maximum rates which may be charged by the Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour Commissioners on goods imported or exported through Tralee and Fenit Pier and Harbour.
