WHEAT MILLING ORDERS (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1956.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 4 of the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Wheat Milling Orders (Revocation) Order, 1956.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 30th day of August, 1956.

2. The Wheat Milling Order, 1953 ( S.I. No. 129 of 1953 ), the Wheat Milling Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 74 of 1955 ), and the Wheat Milling (Amendment) Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 160 of 1955 ), are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes the Orders specified at Section 2 thereof. The provisions of the Orders so revoked have been embodied in the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1956 .
