OPTICIANS ACT, 1956 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) ORDER, 1956.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 3 of the Opticians Act, 1956 (No. 17 of 1956), hereby orders as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Opticians Act, 1956 (Establishment Day) Order, 1956.

2. The establishment day for the purposes of the Opticians Act, 1956 , shall be the 14th day of November, 1956.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order fixes the date for the establishment of Bord na Radharcmhastóirí, the body set up under the Opticians Act, 1956 , for the registration and regulation of opticians.
