Repeals. |
33.—(1) Subject to subsection (2) of this section, the enactments mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent mentioned in column (3) of that Schedule. | |
(2) The repeal of sections 40 to 43 of the Act of 1939 shall not have effect in relation to bacon exported or sold before the commencement of this section. |
