Amendment of section 10 of Old Age Pensions Aet, 1908.

6.—Section 10 of the Old Age Pensions Act, 1908, is hereby amended by the deletion in subsection (2) of “and for notice being given by registrars of births and deaths to the pension officers or local pension committees of every death of a person over seventy registered by them,”.
