I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Function) Order, 1962.

2. The function of arranging for the testing of home-grown wheat is hereby assigned to the Board.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The Order authorises An Bord Grain to arrange for the testing of home-grown wheat.
