PARTRIDGE, PHEASANT AND GROUSE (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1962

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Partridge, Pheasant and Grouse (Regulation of Export) Order, 1962.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of September, 1962.

3. The export of partridge, pheasant and grouse, save under and in accordance with a licence in that behalf issued under the Agricultural and Fishery Products' (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947, is hereby prohibited.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of this Order is to prohibit the export of partridge, pheasant and grouse except under licence.
