Amendment of section 3 of Local Government (Temporary Reduction of Valuation) Act, 1954. |
1.— Section 3 of the Local Government (Temporary Reduction of Valuation) Act, 1954 , is hereby amended— | |
(a) by the substitution of “the 31st day of March, 1966” for “the 31st day of March, 1963” in the definition of “the prescribed period” contained in subsection (1), and | ||
(b) by the insertion of the following paragraph in subsection (3) after paragraph (e): | ||
“(ee) the enlargement or improvement of a building by the provision or installation therein of a private water supply or private sewerage facilities where relief from rates is, by reference to the enlargement or improvement, given under the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1962 (No. 26 of 1962),” |
