Amendment of section 6 of Act of 1952. |
8.—(1) Section 6 of the Act of 1952 is hereby amended by— | |
(a) the substitution of “three shillings and one penny” for “two shillings and tenpence” (inserted by the Act of 1962) in paragraph (a) of subsection (2) (inserted by the Act of 1960), and | ||
(b) the substitution of “six shillings” for “five shillings and fivepence” (inserted by the Act of 1962) in paragraph (b) of the said subsection (2). | ||
(2) Subsection (1) of this section shall come into operation on the 6th day of January, 1964. |
